2. DATA PROCESSING
If you visit our website, we will store Data and information in two ways:
If you enter your Data, we will store these automatically through the technologies on our website.
You are not obliged to actually enter the Data we are asking you to provide. However, if you do not do so, you might not be able to benefit from the full functionality of this website.
2.1 Data entered by you
These are Data, which we ask you to enter or provide, thus any Data which you enter on the website, for example in the contact form, in the order form for product information, or if you send us an e-mail to any of the e-mail addresses listed on the website. We use that information for the purpose for which it is collected, for example to answer a contact request or to send you product information.
DocCheck:
We use the DocCheck service to provide information on specialized personnel.
Registration, log-in and also storage and processing of user data is carried out exclusively on the DocCheck servers. On those servers, only Log-data (IP-address, access date, access time, referrer-URL, data about used hard- and software e.g. browser and device information like screen resolution) of users are processed. Those data is not used, in order to make inferences to an individual person, but only to deliver the correct rendering of page- and iframe-content and/or to provide secure DocCheck-Services. Only information whether a registered user has validly logged in is transmitted to gebro.com.
Data transmitted in connection with inquiries or orders relating to GSK-Gebro Consumer Healthcare GmbH or their products will be transmitted to that company, which is then the controller of the further processing of such Data.
2.2 Automatically collected data
We automatically collect certain information on your use of the website to make this website available to you, to improve and enhance it, to guarantee security (identification, prevention or examination of attacks on our website), to ensure user friendliness, and to compile user statistics:

For information on the purpose of processing operations, we incorporate by reference Sections 2.1 and 2.2. The lawful nature of the processing operations is derived from our overriding legitimate interest, which consists in achieving the purposes referred to in paragraphs 2.1 and 2.2.
4. RIGHT TO INFORMATION AND COMPLAINT
Subject to data protection provisions, you have the right to information on your personal data, to rectification and erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to object, and the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights by sending a letter, fax or e-mail to the controller’s contact details given in Section 1.
You have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EU, with the Austrian Data Protection Authority in Vienna, if you feel that an infringement of European or Austrian data protection law has occurred.
5. STORAGE (PERIOD) OF DATA
5.1. Data entered by you
Data will be deleted after one year, unless a longer storage period is prescribed by law in view of the type of the inquiry (e.g. order of samples).
5.2. Automatically collected data
We will store your Data for a period of up to fourteen months. Data are stored longer only if this is necessary to examine identified attacks on our website.
